Bengal Club Chai Matcha
Discover the rich flavours of Bengal Club Chai Matcha, a delightful blend that connects you to India’s colonial heritage. Kolkata’s Bengal Club, founded in 1827, reflects this vibrant history. Originally named the Calcutta United Service Club, it continues to be a gathering place for the city’s elite, where traditions and flavors converge.
At the Bengal Club, members escape the hustle and bustle of one of the world’s busiest cities. Here, they discuss politics and business while enjoying a traditional British tea service in The Terrace room, served on fine bone china. This elegant ritual captures a blend of cultures that thrives even today, allowing patrons to savor the art of tea drinking.
The club’s tea service has earned the nickname “more British than the British.” To honor this tradition, we’ve curated a unique matcha blend that embodies the Bengal experience. Each sip transports you to a world filled with tradition and history. This stunning matcha combines high-quality Japanese matcha with aromatic spices, creating a captivating beverage that invigorates the senses.
Not only does this blend provide a delicious taste, but it also comes with numerous health benefits. Matcha is known for its rich antioxidant content, which can help boost metabolism and support overall well-being. The spices enhance digestion and add warmth, making this tea perfect for any time of day.
Enjoy this matcha with milk for a creamy chai latte, or savor it on its own for a more intense experience. This versatile drink is perfect for cozy afternoons or as a refreshing pick-me-up.
If you find yourself in Bengal, share your love for this exceptional blend. It’s not just a tea; it’s a bridge to a vibrant past that continues to inspire. Indulge in this journey—one cup at a time! Whether you’re at home or in the bustling streets of Kolkata, let this matcha transport you to a place where history and flavour intertwine beautifully. Enjoy the experience!
